Is there a way I can share my, or a loved one's, story with other viewers of your website if I do not want to post a message on the group page?If you want to share your story, but are not comfortable with sharing publicly on our groups page, you can email us what you would like to share, and we will be happy to post it for you! Can I shower or swim in my bracelet?Some water for a short time (such as showering) should not harm your bracelet in any way if it only happens a few times. However, showering repeatedly or swimming in your bracelet is not recommended as the chemicals in the water may cause damage to your bracelet.

What do I do if my bracelet's knot(s) begins to come apart?If the knot is not completely untied, clear nail polish on the knot is what we recommend to help give the knot more strength. If this does not help, we recommend completely untying the knot and retying it, if that is possible.

How do I contact you about customizing a charm?To customize a charm, simply message us at: Bracelets4Hope@protonmail.com Please make sure to provide the word you would like engraved on the back of your charm along with the number of charms you would like!

How much longer does it take to receive a bracelet with a custom charm than a regular charm?The delivery of your custom charm can take about 3-4 more weeks than regular orders, as we have to have your order custom made. If your order is time sensitive, let us know when you email us to place your order and we will do everything we can to get you your bracelets as soon as possible.

Can I get a finish (e.g. silver or gold plated) other than the regular your company uses?Yes! Requesting a different finish may cause your order to take more time to arrive at your address. Make sure you let us know what finish you would like when you email us your custom order if you would like gold plating instead of the silver we typically use.

Can I choose my own font?Only a few fonts are available to engrave the word(s) on the back of our charm. If you do choose a custom font, expect a slight up charge to the final price of your charm. As usual, include your font of choice when you email us your order. If you do not include a font, we will assume that you are okay with the font we use for regular orders.

If I make a mistake while ordering my charm, can you correct it after the order is placed?This depends on how long your order has been in production. If the order has already been printed, unfortunately we will not be able to make any corrections to it. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. If you realize that your order has a mistake, let us know as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to change the order for you.

If I am not happy with my customized order, can I return it?As with all of our orders, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
